Give us a brief description of the course and what you like about it.: A 7ish mile loop of non-technical (but not easy) fun single track trail and a no-wake swim zone.

Any important details that swimrunners should know about?: Be aware of hunting seasons in PA and wear blaze orange when needed. Water quality is generally safe for swimming, but sometimes a warning is issued due to algae blooms. Check this online before swimming. The water level is lowered during winter by about 5 feet. Swim entrances/exits are not marked.

What is the total distance of your course?: Total 7 mile loop. Total run: 5.7 miles. Total swim: 2,130 yards
