Give us a brief description of the course and what you like about it.: SwimRun from Empire to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Combination of Gravel Beach runs with swims in cristal clear (cold) water finishing under the 460ft Sleeping Bear Dunes. Perfect training ground

Any important details that swimrunners should know about?: Lake Michigan is unpredictable so you might get perfect conditions or not be able to swim. You can run on the beach but there are a couple of spots where you have to swim to get by fallen trees and eroded shoreline.
